Journaling again
I haven’t had an online journal since 1999, I think (not counting 2 teeny secret LJs). WordPress has been a long time coming. I have a few plug-ins going that make things more efficient; Search Hilite, RunPHP, Spelling Checker, and my fave XFish Meta. I can’t get Hide/Cut Post Text to work for the life of me. It’s a simple install, but the hide tags don’t seem to work. (This text should be hidden, but as you can see it’s not.)
The image-free layout comes from Francey (now defunct), with a horrid web-safe color palette of my choosing, to reflect the season. Well, it was fall when I first really started working on this. Actually it was summer, but I have a way of abandoning things for a while. Or forever. I expect to change it if I can keep up the pace of writing. I want 2006 to be my most prolific year yet. Not a difficult challenge, but I want to really pour it out like I don’t won’t get anymore chances.
Password protected entries are not for the general public. I need some space, even though I’m writing in a public forum. If you would like a password, contact me.
