Full Timer

I’m excited and a little bit nervous about starting my new mobile life. Today I thought “nobody has a cooler life than this!” and then noticed that I won’t even have room to do Tae Bo indoors anymore. Hah, big deal in the grand scheme o’ things. That’s about the long and short of it, though. The adventure is a welcome variable, but the new limitations that spawn from the RV-as-home lifestyle make me a little less jubilant. Eh, all the brass and elephant decor (”Safari”, get it?) weren’t part of the dream either, but those are just more little details.

This plan allows us to fulfill many important goals and desires, and provides opportunities for growth and adventure every day! We can put our environmental ideals to work by using WVO (and eventually more solar) to power the rv, distance will become a small factor when choosing events and people to visit, and hence, we can see all our favorite peeps n’ stuff, our (estimated) costs are already met by our existing income so as our sites continue to produce higher each month then we can finally start saving a grip of money. All this AND I can spend the entire day high if I want to. Hah hah, see this is a rad life I am creating. I also like that is gives us more time to research New Zealand immigration and visiting Hawaii before we arrive to live. I don’t mind planning as long as I get to play with another toy while I’m doing it.

Sexy sweater weather

Fall generally elicits the same emotions from me. Nothing could be a more poetic metaphor than the death and darkness that the season brings in this hemisphere. When the sun shrinks, I fold in on myself like a hibernating flower. Until it gets hot enough again to sleep in my underwear. But this is the first year that I haven’t already succumbed full-heartedly to, what I will here flippantly describe as, seasonal depression. Or is it “seasonal affective disorder”? Well, I haven’t spent the day in bed yet, so I’m not quite there yet.

Instead, I find sometimes myself thinking about sexy sweather weather. Unseasonabley warm breezes on shorter and shorter days that seem made for smirking and winking. Long sleeve, low cut; just absolutely golden in those crazy late fall sunsets. Sometimes I want to talk with strangers until they’re friends, being different for a while.
